To start, get a measuring tape. Remember to keep it snug and straight while you're using it — to get a more accurate fit.

To find your size, measure around the bustline, waist, hips and inseam. Write down your results as you go.

ABust/Chest — Put the measuring tape under your arms to measure around the fullest part of your bustline.
BWaist — Measure around your natural waistline. This is the narrowest part of your torso, usually near your belly button.
CHips — Put your legs together and measure around the widest point of your hip area.
DInseam — For this measurement, it's best to use a pair of pants that fit you well. Lay them flat and measure the inseam (the inner leg seam), from the top to the cuff.
How to Measure Men & Boys
To start, first get a measuring tape. Remember to keep it snug and straight while you're using it — to get a more accurate fit.
To find your size, measure around the neck, chest, waist, and inseam. Write down your results as you go.
ANeck — Measure around the base of your neck, which is its widest part.
BChest — Put the tape under your arms and measure around the widest part of your chest.
CSleeve — First, raise your arm and bend it in front of you, parallel to your chest. Then, measure from the center of your back, just under the neck, around the elbow and to the wristbone. This is a tricky measurement to do alone, so it's best to get someone else to take care of this one for you.
DWaist — Measure around your natural waistline. This is the narrowest part of your torso, usually near your belly button.
EInseam — For this measurement, it's best to use a pair of pants that fit you well. Lay them flat and measure the inseam (the inner leg seam), from the top to the cuff.
